Return and Refund Policy
1. Policy Overview Emilda Solutions provides intangible, professional digital services. This policy outlines our terms regarding returns and refunds.
2. Intangible Services (No “Returns”) As a provider of digital services, we do not produce physical goods that can be “returned.” The time, effort, and expertise that go into a project are the core of our service.
3. Refund Request and Processing All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. We will review and respond to any such request within 5-7 business days.
4. No Refunds on Work Commenced Once a project has commenced (as defined in our Cancellation Policy), all payments, including deposits and milestone payments, become non-refundable. This is because our service consists of labor, which is consumed at the time it is performed. We do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered or work that is in progress. In the event of a dispute, our response within 5-7 business days will outline the work completed and the applicability of this policy.
5. Deposits All deposits paid to secure project commencement are non-refundable, as they represent an agreement for us to allocate resources and schedule time, thereby turning away other potential projects.
6. Client’s Financial Responsibility We do not offer “returns” or “refunds” in the traditional sense. If a Client chooses to terminate a project, their financial obligation is determined by our Cancellation Policy. Any fees (50% or 90%) outlined in that policy are considered compensation for services rendered and resources allocated, not a “product” that can be refunded.
7. Eligible Refunds In the specific case where a refund is approved per Section 2 of our Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Before Commencement), the refund will be processed and credited to the Client’s original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation acknowledgment.
